STUD FEE £250 NFFR Blue Gray Perhaps is a pure Irish Draught Stallion by Rakish Paddy out of our wonderful foundation mare Clannad Bess, who has produced many quality offspring for us. His temperament is delightful, his powerful movement light free and ground covering and he runs with his mares. Perhaps unfortunately is blind in his left eye due to an accident but nevertheless is a handsome gentle chap with 10 inches of bone and strong limbs .

Perhaps spent a season hunting and his manners and attitude are impeccable. Perhaps produces good moving offspring with quality and bone and in particular of cob type when used with the smaller stocky mare. He has a number of lightweight and heavyweight cobs currently competing. click on the link to view some of his cob progeny.

When crossed with the thoroughbred he produces again quality with bone and substance, good strong limbs with a powerful hock, ideal sort for eventing, showjumping, a good athletic example though rarely maturing more than 16.2hh. Perhaps is a Grade 2 Irish Draught (why? we have never understood as he has all the attributes of a fine stallion - we hope to upgrade to RID in the future) this is evident in his offspring that we think are superb. All that have used him have been delighted with the result.

Blue Gray Perhaps

"Perhaps" is a pure Irish Draught stallion, by Champion RID "Rakish Paddy" a Grade A showjumper and four time Irish Draught champion at the Royal Dublin Show. His Dam Clannad Bess is by Enniskeane Prince. Perhaps stands at 16.1 hh, has 10" bone and a deep powerful frame giving superb natural but light ground covering paces. He has the most delightful, endearing temperament anyone could wish for.

His offspring so far have all inherited his wonderful temperament, full eye and beautiful head, and the purebreds, particularly, his superb limbs. Perhaps is of a very gentle nature and we run him with his mares. Perhaps has produced some lovely youngstock for us, they are now proving very competitive and successful and have some very happy owners who recommend his stock to others.
